The areas of responsibility of the Finance Commission are: To work in conjunction with the Pastor, Shrine Director and Business Manager in preparing balanced annual income and operating expense budgets; to prepare annual capital expense budgets; to prepare and develop methods to insure income necessary to support the parish needs. In conjunction with the Clergy, provide oversight and support of the Business Manager; to work closely with the Buildings & Grounds Commission to develop capital budgets; to develop and maintain personnel policies and procedures; and to work closely with all commissions to develop funding for their programs.
